Only 15 weeks old - and underwent liver lobe transplant surgery

Theodore suffered from acute liver disease and needed an urgent liver transplant. His mother recently donated a liver lobe and saved his life and although liver lobe transplant surgery from a living donor is a particularly complex operation that requires special preparation by hospital staff, the transplant was successful and in the coming days Theodore should be released from the hospital and continue his life from a new and good starting point.
