In Loving Memory of Aura Herzog

Aura Herzog is honored to cut the ribbon, at the official opening ceremony of Schneider Children's Medical Center, the first children's hospital in the State of Israel, on October 29, 1991.

Friends of Schneider Children's mourn the passing of Aura Herzog, mother of Isaac Herzog, the president of Israel, and wife of the late sixth president of Israel, Chaim Herzog.

Aura served as the first president and chairperson of Friends of Schneider Children’s, and was one of the significant figures that led to the opening of the Schneider Children’s Medical Center of Israel.

We will always remember her great work in favor of Schneider Children's Medical Center and for the health of the Israeli children. We will especially remember her inspiring personality.
